Herison Ralainony (Founder and Director of Herison IT Pty Limited) has helped businesses work smarter since 1996 having worked for an IT resource consultancy in the Illawarra and as a Projects Consultant for an IT resource company in Sydney.

With the focus being customer service, Herison has worked his way through desktop support, field engineering support, senior network engineer, team leader and a project consulting role before deciding to step out on his own and offer the same level of support to small and medium businesses throughout Wollongong, Canberra and Sydney.
